These are online classes of varying lengths 10 min, 15 min, 30 min - 1 hr. Available to paid subscribers. I will offer some morning and some at evening times. Longer classes are Live but are available to watch later if you miss the Live class! Classes go Live through Zoom meeting. You don't have to have a Zoom account, but they will have you do a download in order to join meetings. Anyone who purchases the subscription will be added to the Facebook group for access to recorded classes that they miss. If you don't have Facebook, let me know and you will get an email with the link to view!
